Water delivery with a smile
This is just a quick message to say how nice your delivery driver is, whenever he comes into our offices he always has a smile and something nice to say, he is extremely polite and is an absolute credit to your company, when he comes in his attitude and general happiness spreads as he makes everyone else feel happy by just being him. I just wanted you to know this as people are all too quick to point out negatives but not so quick to point out the positives in companies and he is definitely a positive for your company.

“I have just taken a call from Mark at Gads Hill School regarding our driver, Daniel. Mark said he said he had no water and sent a text to Daniel who said he would deliver within 20 minutes. He said Daniel was a credit to the company and we should have more people like him, he also added that it was brilliant customer service from Daniel, not just on this occasion but on many deliveries previously. The customer was absolutely over the moon with the service and couldn’t thank Daniel enough”

Hi Laila, Apologies for the timing in sending this email but I wanted to thank you for your help sorting out the contract and arranging the delivery in such a short time. I just wanted to say a huge thank you to one of your drivers who came to my rescue when I had a flat tyre on the M20 yesterday. A true gentleman whose actions meant that I got to tuck my kids into bed rather than being stranded at the side of the motorway. I didn’t catch his name but please extend my heartfelt thanks.
