The Directors and Management of Edgar’s Water are committed to operate every aspect of the business to those standards that offer the highest possible quality of service to all customers. This is supported by a progressive management style that encourages a quality and service culture throughout the Company.

To reinforce this commitment we are members of The British Water Cooler Association (BWCA) and their stringent rules and procedures, operate in all areas of the company. Annual independent audits ensure that we operate to the highest standards at all times. This is to ensure that the company operates effectively and efficiently and meets the needs of customers.

The retention of our BWCA membership is a minimum requirement for all areas of the company as is the continued search for improvement. The effectiveness of our Quality and service is monitored by planned audits, management reviews and effective corrective and preventive action.
